Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal demand.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International shipping times vary by location and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges applied by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
